The Food We Serve

The Elusive Cow is committed to serving foods which are of high quality, locally sourced, organically grown and humanely raised.*

The Menu:

• Grilled Hamburgers - 1/4 lb. naturally raised hamburger served on either a Kaiser or Multi-Grain bun... or of course if you prefer it in a wrap, we can do that for you!
• Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich - Not a 'formed' patty, our Amish chicken breast come from farms that support sustainable methods. The chickens are never raised in cages and have free roam of their roost... The farmers do not use feed that contains any type of growth hormones, antibiotics, etc... Come, taste the difference!
• Grilled Portabella Mushroom - We marinate our large portabella caps in a wonderful mix of herbs, balsamic vinegar and then grill them to order. Caps come complete with your choice of pesto, cheese or other grilled veggies... Truly delicious!
• Grilled Vegetable Sandwich - A garden of goodness! This sandwich wrap comes filled with freshly grilled Mushrooms, Onions, Zuchinni, Squash, Poblano, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers. Served in your choice of traditional, whole wheat, multi-grain, white and garlic herb wraps. Your choice of red pepper or ancho chili aoli
• Tasty Side Salads - Your choice of the following
  • Pasta Salad (organic pasta with red peppers, chives, green onions, organic herbs and organic olive oil)
  • Herbed Potato Salad - Red potatoes, organic herbs, and a touch of organic olive oil makes this salad a wonderful addition to the best burger on the square!
  • Fresh Cucumber Salad - Fresh cucumbers seasoned with white balsalmic vinergar, Zoe Brand Organic Olive Oil, garlic and red onions... A cool taste on a warm summers night
  There will be some special items from time to time so stop by and see what's new!

All sandwiches come with you choice of romain lettuce, tomato, onions and Bubbies Brand pickles. Served on either a traditional egg kaiser or multi-grain bun from our friends at Giminetti Baking Company right here in Cincinnati Ohio.

Cheese will be available for all sandwiches. Your choice of cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, asiago, pepper jack and some special selections at times so check us out often for new choices.

We also have available whole wheat, multi-grain, white and garlic & herbs wraps, and both egg and multi-grain buns.
